Shipping Policy

At DOBOK, we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

📦 Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 3–5 business days
  • Other cities & towns — 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas — 7–10 business days

đź’° Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders 
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹ 200 applies on standerd orders 

📍 Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.

🌍 Do We Ship Internationally? Currently, we only ship within India. We hope to expand internationally soon!

❌ Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will try again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
